Attention: Some notes for when you book an appointment
Commitment: Once you are ready to proceed I will be working alongside with you, so please bear in mind that because of the nature of my work, the sessions will be conducted as a team, therefor, any cellphone interaction shall be off limits, including but not limited to any type of distraction that may interrupt the pace of our work.
In the spirits of reaching the best possible outcome, I urge you to discuss with me any and every misunderstanding/issue that may arise in the sessions, e.g., I may be looking to understand a situation you’re dealing with, and to do that I will be reflecting what you said in order to check if I got it right, but I may use different words that come across as inappropriate or inaccurate. If something like this ever happens, please let me know so I can choose my words more carefully and apologise for the inconvenient. I cannot stress enough how important this is in order to create a safe and trusting space that results in a powerful alliance, which is one of the most important elements in successful therapy, so I encourage you to give me as much feedback as needed.
My Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: In common with most professional services, besides the need to manage my time efficiently, I aim to honour all of my clients’ time and commitment, therefore I operate a strict cancellations/reschedule policy requiring all my clients to give me a minimum of two business days (48 hours) notice for any cancelled session*, so full rate will be due if sufficient notice is given.
I’m bound to the same commitment, thus, should I cancel/reschedule a session without a minimum of two business days notice, the next session shall be free of charge.
*Emergency exceptions may apply.
Data Privacy: Under any circumstances will I sell, assign or distribute personal information that is collected in this website without your consent, unless required by a judge with a court order. This website may collect personal information such as name, contact information like your email address, phone number and demographic information. Likewise, when necessary, specific information will be required to process a transaction and billing which will be encrypted with Stripe technology.
